What are the minimum requirements to install Radialpoint Security Services Beta?

Can I install Radialpoint Security Services Beta over existing Radialpoint Security Services software?
Yes, as the installer will automatically remove the previous release. However, for this beta release, most settings are not retained.
Why am I asked to allow improvement reporting?
Radialpoint Security Services Beta is saying it has detected programs that are in conflict. Do I have to remove them?

Are there any default actions Radialpoint Security Services Beta will perform automatically?

Scheduled backup is not turned on. If you turn on scheduled backup, the default is: all categories selected - weekly, on Fridays.
