The Radialpoint User Community is made up of people who test and use Radialpoint Security Services for the purposes of reporting bugs and providing feedback. In return, Community members are permitted to use release versions of Radialpoint Security Services suite.
When a pre-release version of Radialpoint Security Services is available, all current User Community members are invited to download and use the software. Normally a limited number of new users are allowed to join the User Community. New members must be willing to install and use pre-release versions of Radialpoint Security Services, report issues, provide feedback, and respond to surveys concerning use of the software.
